I am an Ayurvedic doctor currently working in a reputed hospital. As a part of my profession, I am dealing with a lot of patients facing mental stress, lack of concentration, lack of confidence, peer pressure, etc. So I am here to help you as a friend, teacher, guide, or a mentor in this tough world.

About the lesson

Hi all
It will be completely online. The session will be starting with meditation, pranayamas and later entering into the part of practicing asanas. I am mainly teaching ashtanga yoga following all the principles and I assure you that it will be very much informative.
