About Mason
Meditation and mindfulness form the base of how I teach. I also focus on sleep and wind down routines, sun salutations, hatha fundamentals, restorative yoga, flexibility and mobility, and hip openers. Being a late starter myself helps me relate to students who feel behind in their fitness journey.
I break complex postures down until they are almost insultingly small. Then I build them back up slowly. As an RYT-200 certified teacher, I value alignment and a calm home practice. My goal is to make sure the movement simply clicks.

Simplifying physical mechanics remains the most effective way to build a lasting yoga foundation. I provide a 10.0 out of 10 rated free trial session to assess mobility and goals before we commit to a routine.
My Hatha and Vinyasa base allows for a structured approach that emphasizes sustainable progress over quick fixes. Everything rests on the foundation of the breath.
I rely on my RYT-200 certification to guide these 8 distinct areas of focus during our time together. We work together until you feel fully confident in your practice. Clarity is the primary outcome of these sessions.
