About Xiaohan
Hi, I am a second-year Computer Science PhD candidate looking to teach secondary school students maths on weekends.
I have a deep understanding about the secondary school maths syllabus. It is very much about understanding the key concept and methodology of the topic, no matter if it is Pure Maths, Mechanics or Statistics, and applying them by practicing.
I have kept a good academic records. Before starting my PhD, I obtained my Bachelor of Mathematics and Master of Statistics from Imperial College London, gradudated with a First-Class Honours and a Distinction, respectively. I also achieved A*s in A-Level Maths, Further Maths and GCSE Maths.
I am passionate about helping others, as this gives me great sense of achievement. This is why I choose to teach.
