About Rishi
I am an incoming Computer Science student at the University of Texas at Austin with an interest in creating software solutions to everyday problems. I finished high school taking over 18 AP classes, scoring a 790 on my Math SAT, and ranking in the top 5 percent of my class.
Beyond Academics I co-founded Clusion, a startup focused on making debate resources more affordable and accessible for students. Building it taught me how to communicate complex ideas clearly, work with different types of learners, and staying organized.
I am known for being patient, and easy to talk to. I take preparation seriously and show up ready to make each session productive. My aim is always to help students understand the material, gain confidence, and develop the skills they need to succeed independently.

I like to break complex topics into simple pieces, check for understanding often, and then build the difficulty back up so students leave feeling confident doing problems on their own.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of prior material, followed by guided examples where we solve problems together. After that, students try similar questions while I coach them through their thinking. I end with a summary, common mistakes to avoid, and strategies they can reuse on homework and exams.
What makes my sessions different is that I relate as someone who has recently taken these classes myself. I know where students usually get stuck and how teachers like to test concepts. I also emphasize organization, test taking habits, and efficient study methods, not just the content.
I work best with elementary, middle, or high school students, whether they need long term support or quick help before an exam.
