I'm Coach Mia.... an artist, educator, yoga practitioner, and avid traveler. With a lifelong passion for exploring diverse disciplines from opera singing to English teaching and yoga, my journey revolves around the profound connection of body, mind, and sound. My academic journey includes a Master's in Music, specializing in voice and the science of vocal education. I hold certifications in English Teaching and Yoga, (also with a dedicated focus on prenatal care). Fascinated by the body's capabilities, I'm driven to empower women as they connect with their bodies and souls. When I got my certification in Rishikesh, India.. I delved into Yoga's ancient wisdom, which beautifully prepares the body, mind, and soul for life's journey. My mission is to share this timeless wisdom and support women in their unique journeys of self-discovery.
