About Samuel
I am a medical doctor with a passion for paediatrics and also biomedical engineering! I'm currently working on improving my own programming skills and pursuing a master's in Quantum Technologies.
I love teaching and have done so throughout school and university; I wish to be able to pass on my skills and knowledge to help students to do the best that they can.
I achieved a distinction in medicine from King's College London and a first class degree in Biomedical engineering from Imperial College London. Away from my studies, I love to swim and having recently moved to the East of England, I have been chasing the grey seals (or they have been chasing me).

I love the opportunity to pass on knowledge and help other people. I have previously worked as a STEM tutor throughout university and organised a whole teaching programme whilst in my final year of medical school.
My strength lies in being able to simplify and logically explain complicated topics. I prefer understanding over simple recall; however, I recognise the importance of memorising information, particularly when it comes close to exams! I have techniques for memorisation which I have honed during medical school.

Sam taught me Chemistry at GCSE and then again during A levels. Very professional and patient; he made sure I understood topics before moving onto the next part of the syllabus.
Samuel taught me basic medicine concepts while I was at university. He was very good at breaking down complicated topics into very simple steps. Very engaging and seemed to love teaching!
