About U Anthony

Hi there! My name is Tony and I'm an engineer with a unique approach to teaching. While most people view coding as just a set of instructions for a computer to follow, I see it as a tool for creativity and self-expression. I believe that everyone has the potential to learn how to code, regardless of their age or background. I've had the opportunity to teach students of all ages and levels, from middle school students to college graduates, and I've seen firsthand the impact that coding can have on a person's life. Whether you're interested in pursuing a career in tech, or simply want to better understand how technology works, I can help you achieve your goals. What sets me apart from other tutors is my focus on practical, hands-on learning. Instead of just teaching you how to code, I'll show you how you can use your newfound skills to create something that is truly your own. Whether you want to build a website, a mobile app, or a robot, I'll help you bring your ideas to life. My passion for coding and teaching has even landed me on the news! I'm proud to have taught several middle school students to code in C++ in just two weeks, and I've been featured in several articles for my unique approach to teaching. If you're looking for a tutor who is knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to helping you succeed, then look no further. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced coder, I'm here to help. If you're interested in learning more about coding or need help with a specific project, feel free to message me. I'm always happy to help!

About the lesson

Tony has 5 years of experience teaching statistics and has honed his skills over time to create simple lessons and memory tricks to help his students retain information. He teaches both high school statistics, including honors and AP level, and intro college statistics.

Tony's approach as a tutor is hands-on, with a focus on helping students understand the concepts, rather than just memorizing formulas. He believes that a hands-on approach to teaching is the best way to ensure that students understand the material and can apply it in real-life situations. He is passionate about helping his students succeed and will work with them until they feel confident and comfortable with the material.

What sets Tony apart as a tutor is his ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to all students, regardless of their level of expertise. His lessons are designed to be engaging and interactive, and he uses real-life examples to bring the material to life. He is patient and understanding, and his goal is to help each and every one of his students reach their full potential.

In a typical lesson, Tony starts by introducing the topic and explaining the concepts in simple terms. He then provides examples and hands-on exercises to help the students reinforce the concepts they have learned. He will answer any questions the students have and provide feedback on their progress. He ends the lesson by summarizing the key points and giving a review of the material.

Tony's lessons are perfect for high school students who are taking statistics, college students taking an intro to statistics course, or anyone who wants to learn more about the subject. He is dedicated to helping his students achieve their goals and will work with them to create a personalized lesson plan that meets their specific needs. So, whether you are a beginner or an experienced student, Tony's lessons are sure to challenge your perspectives and help you achieve success.
