About Ashika
I am an engineer with a degree in electronics and communication engineering, based in Bangalore .A Pratibha Puraskara awardee in class 10th. I have taken up private tuitions when I was studying in college, and am looking forward to tutor young minds/students from high school to class 10th.

My teaching approach differs from subject to subject. for math I explain the concept first, move on to applications, and then request if they have understood, if yes I try to ask multiple questions to figure out their understanding. Then I go ahead with practice problems. In case of theory subjects like biology , I strongly believe that if a person can answer all kinds of 1 marks questions from a given chapter, then they have mastered the topic. I would explain chapter part by part and after each part, ask questions to understand where the student stands in his/her understanding and then finally give a 1mark -1 keyword answer test. It's a simple and a good method to know the student's understanding of the concept.
