About Abigail
I am currently a graduate student at UC Berkeley and I am completing my degree in Structural Engineering. I just finished my undergrad at Ohio State in Civil Engineering where I helped teach a course in steel and concrete design and provided tutoring resources to students as necessary for my last two years. I also tutored peers in various topics while I was in High School.

I like to take multiple approaches to tutoring sessions based on what the individuals require. I like doing mini lessons on challenging topics and then doing lots of practice to enforce these concepts. I like to review challenging homework/test questions individuals have encountered and work through the correct answers. I can give introductions into topics individuals may begin to encounter in courses so they have some background knowledge going in.
I am very flexible with my teaching style and will adapt as needed to make sure individuals are being provided with the necessary instruction to help them succeed.
I typically tutor for middle and high school students in math topics with my passion being algebra and calculus.
