I am an engineering professional with PhD in engineering and have an experience of about 20 years in teaching, research and leadership. My ambition is to found a research institute where the students learn arts, science and morals of life in their own pace and with ease.

My method of helping learn things is to first help the learners understand the basics, their own pace of learning and their fields of interests and finally learn to learn on their own. My approach is: proper preparation and approach with patience. The implementation will (should) change depending upon the common characteristics of the learners.
