About Mika
Hi! I’m Mika, a Johns Hopkins electrical engineering student who’s passionate about helping students actually understand what they’re learning, and not just cram for tests. Through trial and error, I developed my own approach to studying that focuses on identifying gaps in understanding and tackling concepts from multiple perspectives until they really click. This approach has really helped me tackle even the hardest subjects with confidence, and it’s exactly what I bring to tutoring.

I encourage students to approach challenging problems like detectives: asking questions, exploring patterns, and enjoying the process rather than shying away from them.
