About Edgar
I am an 4th year engineering college students studying at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I have conducted research at Stanford University during the summer of 2019. I have been a tutor for 1.5 years, and truly enjoy working with students that struggle with math.

When it comes to teaching, I first ask the students how confident they feel with the subject. If i receive an response below 50%, I beginning teaching them the subject. If I receive an answer above 50%, I let the student begin a problem by themselves. This allows me to see where the student is struggling, which ultimately lets me focus on the areas in which they are struggling.
