Hi,
My name is Ali, and I am an engineering tutor with a strong academic foundation in Civil Engineering and related technical subjects. I teach because I enjoy helping students understand difficult engineering concepts in a simple, logical and practical way.
I know that many students struggle with subjects like Engineering Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Theory of Structures, Transportation Engineering and Foundation Engineering because the topics can become confusing when the basic concepts are not clear. My aim is to make these subjects easier by breaking them down step by step and connecting theory with real engineering applications.

Engineering Tutor with Strong Academic Background Teaches Civil Engineering.
My lessons are designed to make engineering subjects clear, logical and easy to understand. I start each class with a short recap of the previous lesson so students can connect topics properly and build a strong foundation step by step.
I explain complex problems slowly and clearly, using simple examples, diagrams, and guided numerical practice. My main focus is not just helping students solve questions, but making sure they understand the concept behind every method, formula and solution.
A typical lesson is 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s level, topic difficulty and learning goals. I adapt my teaching style to each student, whether they need help with theory, assignments, exam preparation, problem solving or improving confidence in engineering subjects.
I teach Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Theory of Structures, Transportation Engineering, Foundation Engineering and other related topics. The first lesson is completely free for 60 minutes. This session is used to understand the student’s current level, learning goals, weak areas and the specific topics they need help with. I also explain one sample concept or problem during the free lesson so the student can understand my teaching style before booking regular lessons.
My regular online lesson rate is £12 per hour. I also offer discounted lesson packs for students who want consistent support and structured progress. The 5-hour pack is £55, which is suitable for focused topic revision, assignment guidance or short exam preparation. The 10-hour pack is £99, which is best for students who want regular support, deeper understanding and step-by-step improvement over multiple lessons.
All lessons are delivered online by webcam, so students can learn from anywhere in the UK with no travel cost. I teach Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Theory of Structures, Structural Analysis, Transportation Engineering, Foundation Engineering and related engineering subjects.
