About Aazam

You can feel confident that my tutoring is delivered in a professional, organized, and student-focused manner. I take every lesson seriously and prepare in advance to ensure sessions are structured, clear, and aligned with each student’s goals. With my background as a neuroscience researcher and experience in academic environments, I bring a disciplined, evidence-based approach to teaching while remaining approachable and supportive. I value punctuality, clear communication, and consistency, and I create a respectful learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace. My priority is always to provide high-quality, reliable tutoring that helps students build real understanding and long-term confidence in math and science.

About the lesson

I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance, patience, and approach to learning. As a neuroscience researcher with extensive experience in biomedical sciences and academic research, I have a strong foundation in math and science and can explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging, and practical way. I tailor each lesson to the student’s learning style, goals, and pace to help build confidence and improve understanding rather than relying on memorization alone. Whether you need support with homework, exam preparation, improving grades, or strengthening your overall scientific thinking, I am committed to creating a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills. My goal is not only to help students achieve academic success, but also to help them enjoy learning and become independent, confident learners.

I have had the pleasure of working with Azam at the Krembil Brain Institute, where she is a Scientific Associate. Azam holds a PhD and has strong expertise in electrophysiology and neuroscience research.
I have personally witnessed how well she teaches undergraduate and graduate students. She explains complex topics in math, physics, and science clearly and takes the time to make sure students understand the concepts. She has also helped me many times by explaining difficult physics and math problems clearly and in practical terms.
In our lab, students often go to Azam when they have questions because she is patient, knowledgeable, and committed to helping others learn. I would highly recommend Azam to any student looking for a tutor who can explain challenging material clearly and effectively.
