I am extremely grateful to Karina for helping me to improve my weekly tests and mock exam results. I also really appreciate the understanding and patience with which Karina taught me throughout the year and carefully helped me to work through each and every mistake I made during weekly tests. As a result, I went from Cs and Ds on internal assessments to an A as a final result on A-level and got into my firm choice university.

Karina has tutored me in Pre-U maths and Pre-U Further Maths for well over a year. The lessons have been consistently excellent. First she helped me improve my predicted grades from an M1(B) in Pre U maths and M2(C) in Pre U further maths over the course of the summer break to a D2 (A*) and D3(A). After this we have consistently worked through my 13th year in school, and I was assigned D1(A**) in Single maths and D3(A) in Further maths as a result.

Karina first helped my son to prepare for re-sitting an internal yearly Math test in his sixth-form college. After several sessions, my son could improve his score from C to A. Karina now helps my son to prepare for the main A-level exam. Under her guidance, his regular performance improved a lot, we are now confident in his ability to achieve a decent score.

Karina is an experienced and diligent teacher with profound scientific background. She understands what is needed and gets straight down to the business of helping in a focused, detailed and meaningful way. She has a lot of patience and great communication skills. She assisted me in preparing for the oral exam, explaining how the exam works, what to avoid, and practised mocks with me.
For the written exam, she once again provided explanations and advice for the exam, as well as checked the essays I wrote.
All in all, a tutor of a very high calibre; The advice was sound and helpful(reflected by the result), all the lessons were prepared beforehand and conducted well.

Karina was very prepared when she came. She took the trouble to bring exam papers with her for my son based on the requirements I had defined when I booked her. My son is the true assessor and he found her to be great in reviewing the questions. The question I asked him was would he feel comfortable spending a few months practising questions with Karina and then facing the GCSEs - the answer was yes. That says it all
