I don't follow a fixed lesson plan, because each student is different. I prefer to take the time to understand each individual and their strengths, needs, and learning style. I plan lessons based on what my student needs, not just narrating what's in a textbook. I don't believe in teaching like that, personally I like to truly understand what I'm teaching and I aim to help you understand it too.
