About Jack
I have no previous experience tutoring outside of school, however I am experienced in helping others with Math, as I did so my entire high school career. I took IB calculus and got A's the entire way through, and will be pursuing a math major in college. Therefore, I am very capable of tutoring all the way from middle school through 12th grade. I think that the recent nature of my high school education in calculus makes me a very good option to any high schooler needing math tutoring. I am currently a rising sophomore in college at George Washington University, pursuing a minor in applied mathematics, thus I am capable of tutoring any high school mathematics
I get a lot of joy out of helping kids love math in the same way I do. I used to despise math, however, my tutor in 9th grade turned everything around for me, and I hope to do the same with the kids I work with.

I like to get familiar with their math background and check if there are any gaps in their knowledge leading up to the subject at hand. I then like to give a basic overview with any proofs needed for each subject then work through problems.
