About Eli
I am a recent college graduate from Tufts University with a passion for learning and teaching mathematics and science. In college, I spent time working with high school students to improve their understanding of math topics ranging from geometry to pre calculus to calculus. I also studied geology in school, and enjoy learning more about all the hard sciences.

I typically like to have a casual zoom or facetime meeting to get to know a new student, learn their goals for a class, and talk about my tutoring techniques. These techniques include guiding students through problems and asking questions to help them arrive at a solution, discussing concepts to help students reach a deeper understanding of a subject, and if needed, helping to work through any anxiety around a subject.
