About Risa
I have been a registered yoga teacher since 2009. More recently I took a 500 hr advanced training in yoga therapeutics. My specialty is helping people with stress and anxiety. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher. I give private Reiki sessions and I also give Reiki trainings to those that want to learn how to do Reiki on themselves and others.
