About Cherrie
Hi there!
My name is Cherrie and I am currently in Year 11 at Methodist Ladies' College on a 100% Principal's Scholarship.
Although I am young, I have experience privately tutoring and will make sure to adjust to meet to your child's needs. I have also been able to gain experience in teaching young kids from my current job as a Kumon Learning Centre teaching assistant/instructor since 2017. For this job, I help to correct and mark children's work and aid them when they are in any need of help for a maths question. Through this job, I have been able to develop skills in working with younger children and helping them to grow and learn.
I am well versed in scholarship tests and know what is needed to be able to successfully attain a scholarship, from the tests to the interview. For each lesson I will make sure your child fully understands what needs to be understood and go that further mile to help them advance in their learning.
I am available most days after school and all weekend:)
