About Jaime

Hi, I'm Jaime!

I'm a passionate yoga teacher, creative, and lifelong student of movement, with over 1,800 hours of teaching experience since beginning my teaching journey in 2019.

Alongside my yoga training, I'm also an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) and an Expressive Arts Practitioner. My background in education and the arts has deeply influenced the way I approach yoga, bringing together creativity, curiosity, mindful movement, and genuine human connection.

Over the years, I've had the pleasure of teaching in yoga studios, working one-on-one with private clients, facilitating corporate wellness sessions, and leading specialized workshops and experiences.

My teaching style is rooted in Vinyasa yoga, with an emphasis on thoughtful sequencing, functional movement, breathwork, and finding a balance between strength and softness. I love creating practices that are engaging, accessible, and sometimes a little playful!

I believe that yoga is a lifelong exploration, not something to perfect. As both a teacher and a student, I'm continually learning, evolving, and finding new ways to share this beautiful practice.

Above all, I love helping people feel more connected to themselves, more confident in their bodies, and more at home in their practice.

I believe yoga is not about fitting yourself into a particular shape, but about discovering what movement feels like in your own body.

My private yoga sessions are thoughtfully designed around you, your experience, your goals, and how you're feeling on any given day.

Whether you're completely new to yoga, looking to build strength and mobility, deepen your existing practice, or simply create space to slow down and reconnect, we'll work together to develop a practice that feels supportive, engaging, and empowering.

My teaching blends creative Vinyasa sequencing, functional movement, mindful breathwork, and mobility, with plenty of room for curiosity, exploration, and a little playfulness.

With over 1,800 hours of teaching experience, I bring a thoughtful and adaptable approach to every session. I offer guidance, modifications, and opportunities to explore at your own pace.

Above all, I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and connected to your practice. Yoga is for everybody, and your practice should feel like your own.

My rate of $150 per private session reflects the experience, education, and individualized care I bring to my teaching.

With over 1,800 hours of teaching experience, years of continued professional development, and a background in both education and expressive arts, I've invested considerable time and energy into developing my skills as a teacher.

Private yoga is much more than simply guiding someone through an hour of movement. Each session is thoughtfully designed around your individual needs, goals, abilities, and experience. This includes preparation, personalized sequencing, modifications, and ongoing support as your practice evolves.

My intention is to provide a meaningful, high-quality experience where you receive my full attention, guidance, and expertise.

For those interested in building a consistent practice, discounted packages of five or ten sessions are also available.
