Honestly, hands down the best tutor I've had, Sophia doesn't just give you the solution like other tutors, she actually helps you solve the problem yourself, subtly guiding you until it clicks in your head. Her style of teaching is very unique and extremely effective. With her instruction I've managed to go from failing my MAT137 course with a ~40% to retaking it and getting an 80%, for reference MAT137 is a notorious (C- student average) University of Toronto course known for its high workload and rigour. If you're looking for a mathematics tutor, I recommend you give her a try!

Sophia is an extremely fun and knowledgable teacher! She helped me in calculus and statistics, and her explanations to my questions were always so clear and easy to follow. She finds ways to motivate my own thinking and help me thoroughly understand reasonings behind topics, and is super supportive and patient when I faced difficulties. 100/10 recommend if you want to not just get good grades but also get a great understanding of math!
