About Emily
As a final year Computing undergraduate at Imperial College London, I took A-levels in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Economics and Pharamaceutical Chemistry in Singapore, and obtained Distinction in all of them. I was also awarded Top in Chemistry, as well as Excellence in Maths and Sciences in Sixth Form. I have personal experience with tutoring secondary school students before as part of a voluntary programme. These lessons were on a weekly basis, and I had to gauge each student’s performance based on a topical test they would have to take before doing extra school exercises on the topic. As such, I have experience in pin-pointing which areas the student is weaker in, and helping them understand these areas better. I really enjoyed my time interacting with the tutees, since I got to know them better in my free time as well. Potential tutees are welcome to ask me any questions they have even after tutoring hours are over. If you need some life-advice, feel free to approach me as well!
