About Tristan

I am a young engineer with experience in medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Throughout my career I have trained and taught numerous individuals. Prior to the professional world, I have a long history of peer tutoring and being a TA throughout High School and College. I am easy to get along with, patient, and very understanding when it comes to teaching STEM. It’s not always easy, and I understand that.

About the lesson

I have a passion for the natural world, how it works, and how we as humans manipulate it. My classes will revolve around both the facts and the “Why” of learning. When I was in school, I was never told why something was important to know, just that it was important. I will always back my information with real world examples and applications. Knowledge is a tool, and like any tool, you should know how to use it if you have it.

Tristan is, hands down, the best teacher/tutor that anyone could ask for. He has helped me get through many of my college courses including Human Anatomy & Physiology and Physics. His meticulous approach to problem-solving is truly impressive. He has an uncanny ability to break down complicated concepts into understandable terms, making school subjects accessible and exciting for everyone around him. Tristan is consistent in his tutoring and always ensures that no one is left behind in any confusion. He is extremely flexible when it comes to our sessions and I can truly say I am never bored when we are together!
