About ERWIZIA FAISHA
Very passionate on Yoga and currently seeks an opportunity to be part of your team. Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my own personal experience I aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment to my classes. I am fresh graduate with Registered Yoga Teacher 200 (RYT200) @ Yoga Alliance. Through intention, asana and pranayama my goal is to have my students leave my class feeling refreshed and renewed. I aim to indirectly teach and lift their self-awareness and self-esteem through my planned asana and pranayama. My class will be delivered in English and Sanskrit.

My teaching is based on Iyenger with beautiful sequence from setting up breathing, warm-up, flow to peak, peak, inversion or backbend, abdominal work, cool down and lastly restoration in Savasana. Primarily i teach Vinyasa Flow which include Plank, Chaturanga and Downward Facing Dog at most time. However, i found some student prefer Hatha that is more relax and calm.
