I focus on creating a personalised learning experience that builds both understanding and confidence. My approach blends: Concept-first teaching, Active problem solving, Scaffolding, Exam-focused techniques, Feedback loops. I adapt my style depending on the student’s learning preference — visual learners might get diagrams and colour-coded notes, while analytical thinkers get step-by-step logical breakdowns. Most lessons are 60 minutes for focused learning to avoid burnout. For younger students or specific skill drills, I offer 45-minute sessions. For intensive revision, coursework prep, or mock exam practice, I offer 90-120 minute blocks with a short break. Qualifications & Experience academic background in mathematics, further mathematics, physics on a GCSE level (currently studying A-level content) and design/engineering projects. Familiarity with UK exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR), enabling me to tailor content to specific syllabuses. Active involvement in STEM projects and academic research, so I can connect lessons to real-world applications.
