- I feel like a lot of the time as a teacher, it's easy to overlook the simplest but important things. A lot of times you'll find yourself in a situation where you're asking "what's even going on?" And I try to answer that question before you need to ask it as much as possible.
- Using metaphors and analogies are a very cliche way of teaching, but I think teachers need try to employ them more often than they think. The main barrier to understand something isn't intelligence, it's familiarity. Your brain already understands far more complicated things, but it comes easy to you because you're familiar with the context
