About Stephen
My background started with a love for geometry in which the teacher focused primarily on always figuring out why a mathematical statement was true. From this a love for physics came about when there was a realization in how to apply these mathematical concepts to the real world. The best way to apply these concepts were to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering where I graduated cum laude. Now I work in project management and aspire to help the next generation learn.

I believe math, physics, and STEM fields are best taught through the Socratic method. This method utilizes a series of guided questions which will lead the pupil to the correct answer. When problems arise it is best to ask "why" as to learn the "how". It is best to walk through the questions with the student so that they can learn how to individually overcome problem they are faced with.
