Perfect! Dia has a very good understand of body types, how the muscles interact with yogic postures and holistic balance between yoga and pranayama
- Very humble and good person. Good in fitness and marathon running ! Does yoga asanas very well and is quite enthusiastic about fitness !Dia's response :
Perfect! Excellent yoga tutor who is very calm and patient and brings different variety of exercises each class. She makes the students attain their maximum flexibility by making them stretch, pays attention to the details about the correct postures and right way to perform any asana or exercise. Highly recommended yoga tutor for your yoga classes. The change will be evident within a few classes.

Perfect! Diya is an amazing teacher! She is highly patient and understanding and has a wide range of exercises. It is of great help that she's also a physiotherapist so her knowledge is great. Also, it's inspiring to see her perform all asanas so well and her meditation style and voice is really sweet and calming!

Dia is an awesome physical fitness and yoga instructor! Ive noticed such a difference in my strength, stretching, and peace of mind within just 1 month of working with her. So grateful I met her!
Diya is a great teacher with good understanding of Yoga. It's always inspiring to see her nice asanas and she has a calm voice. Additionally, she is learning to be a physiotherapist so that knowledge is helpful. Definitely recommend her!
Dia being good nutritionist helps and guides through health and food management very nicely and also is a great guide and mentor for physiotherapy as well as all the subjects .

The class is completely upto the mark I must say your health is definitely my priority. The charge of 1 hour session is definitely 999/- but if you take 5 classes package - 4499/- . And for 10 classes it goes a package of 8999/-
