About Manoj
I am a highly experienced math tutor with over 25 years of experience teaching students in classes 8th to 10th. When I teach math to 8th to 10th class students, I start by making sure that they have a solid foundation in the basic concepts. I do this by reviewing previous material or providing additional instruction if needed. I also make sure to connect math concepts to real-world situations and applications. This helps students to see the value of math and make it more meaningful to them.
I use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, group work, and hands-on activities. I also provide students with ample time to practice math problems in class and at home. I give students timely feedback on their work so that they can identify their strengths and weaknesses and make necessary improvements.
Here are some specific things that I do in my teaching:
I use visuals and hands-on activities to help students understand math concepts. For example, I might use manipulatives to teach students about geometry or use real-world data to teach students about statistics.
I encourage students to think critically and solve problems. I don't just tell students how to solve problems; I teach them how to think critically and come up with their own solutions.
