About Aahad
I am UCL Economics Graduate who has been privately tutoring for 4 years from levels ranging from KS2 - A levels. I attained three A* across all three of my A levels in Biology, Economics and achieving 100UMS in Mathematics; making me the highest achiever in Waltham Forest in 2017.
My KS2-KS3 school students have made great progress from when I first started with them; with the majority excelling to be amongst the top students of the class, and went on to achieve top grades in their SATS (leading to being placed in top sets).
I have a proven track record of also ensuring my GCSE students are making rapid progress in short spaces of time; from some moving from grade D's (3) to Grade B/A (6/7); whilst others moving from Grade 5's to grade 7/8's.
My Economics A-level students have not achieved anything below a grade B (with the majority achieving A-A*).
I thoroughly enjoy teaching because it gives me a chance to mentor young students in their journey of attaining outstanding results.

I approach each lesson with immense care, making sure they are highly efficient so the student leaves the lesson extremely competent in the specific topic area covered, whilst being given plenty of exam practice questions. I like to make 3-month plans for my students; so they have mini goals each month they must achieve; which can help them push above and beyond to their desired grade.
Making my lessons fun, passionate, and focused on exceptional progress is important to me because I believe this will bring the best out of the student and will help them push on with greater confidence in taking on bigger challenges around the area of study.
I let my students contact me outside of the lesson for any additional questions/support in any area of study.
