About Avishek

I am a final-stage PhD scholar with a strong academic and teaching background. I have been actively involved in teaching, research, and mentoring students at the undergraduate level, helping them build clarity and confidence in core subjects.

My approach to teaching is patient, structured, and concept-focused. I aim to make learning a calm and engaging process.

Along with undergraduate civil engineering subjects, I also enjoy teaching school-level science and mathematics, helping younger students develop strong basics and curiosity towards learning from an early stage.

As a researcher, I bring a disciplined and analytical mindset into my teaching. I emphasize logical thinking, step-by-step problem solving, and real-world understanding of concepts, which helps students perform better academically and gain long-term confidence.

I maintain a professional, supportive, and respectful learning environment, where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving at their own pace.

About the lesson

I start from first principles, ensuring that the student understands the concept before moving to formulas.

I use simple explanations, diagrams, and real engineering examples.

Numerical problems are solved step-by-step, focusing on problem-solving logic.

I regularly relate theoretical concepts to practical field applications.

=> Structure of a typical class

1. Quick revision of the previous topic

2. Introduction of the new concept with theory

3. Worked numerical examples

4. Discussion of common mistakes and exam-focused tips

5. Short recap and doubt-clearing

6. Classes are interactive, and students are encouraged to ask questions freely.

=> Who my classes are for

1. Undergraduate civil engineering students (B.Tech. / B.E.)

2. Learners who want a clear, structured understanding rather than last-minute cramming

3. Primary and middle school students seeking strong fundamentals in:

i. Science

ii. Physics

iii. Chemistry

iv. Biology

v. Geography

vi. Mathematics

vii. English

*Classes for school students focus on concept clarity, curiosity building, and confidence, ensuring a strong academic foundation from an early stage.
