About Jana
I have a background in Engineering and an MSc in Neuroscience, with a strong background in Mathematics and Biological Sciences. I have spent the last 6 years working in basic science research, assisting with teaching undergraduate medical neuroscience courses, and closely mentoring students to help them apply classroom concepts in real-world scenarios within the lab. I am passionate about helping students build clear understanding, confidence, and strong problem-solving skills.
My tutoring approach is structured, patient, and adaptable. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, logical steps and ensuring students understand the “why” behind the methods, not just the final answers.
