About Artemis
Hi! I'm a seventeen-year-old, autistic teenager who's had a LOVE for STEM pretty much since they could talk.
I've always had a knack for helping people learn, sometimes how I think differently (or literally due to my autism) was what some people needed to thrive. Sort of like another perspective or a different path.
I started "formally" tutoring in my Grade 8 year, often helping teach the grades below me by giving them strategies or "fun" ways to learn.
In high school, I have continued tutoring, oftentimes staying after school with my peers to "nail down" concepts before a test. I still try to incorporate "fun" into my lessons as I find it makes the material more memorable for students.
I'm also able to help come up with studying methods and stress management for those who get a little stressed from school.

Hi! I'm a grade 12 student attending the best secondary school in my hometown who is passionate about helping people learn (and love) STEM.
Currently, I'm able to tutor elementary students in:

I try my best to cater to each individual's needs when tutoring. For example, repetition may work best for some students, while visuals or hands-on learning may work best for others.
As an autistic teenager, school has not always been the most accommodating in terms of how I learned. Despite those setbacks, they helped me learn what I can do to help other people like me learn their best.
