In a particular stage when we study a particular subject like mathematics for a very long time we starts to understand that subject at that moment, and what the thing is that we makes a understanding about that subject and most of our concepts become crystal clear, so my methodology of teaching math is that teaching students in depth and waging a war against every small doubt they face and teaching the concepts with maximum proofs.I think proofs of formulas is a very important thing to get mastery in mathematics.
