About Evelyn
My experience in tutoring ranges from teaching elementary students basic arithmetic, to working with high school students on more complicated subjects such as geometry and trigonometry. My teaching method starts with learning about the student! By getting to know them, I can develop tutoring techniques and strategies tailored specifically to them. A typical lesson plan usually consists of reviewing familiar topics, introducing a new topic, and doing several practice questions, both guided and individually. I am committed to helping my students in every way I can. My lessons are geared toward elementary to high school students, and I specialize in teaching math.
