About Forrest
I am currently an undergraduate at UC Berkeley studying physics. I have achieved gold medals on the USA Physics Olympiad, High Honors on the US National Chemistry Olympiad, silver medal on the USA Astronomy & Astrophysics Olympiad, and 4 qualifications to AIME. I am also a devoted teacher, with extensive volunteering experience in teaching middle school students in math and science. I remain in the competition scene, as I am currently studying for the Putnam. I'll meet you at any level, from introductory science to camp level material. I am excited to work with aspiring scientists and mathematicians such as you!

I will help orient your study path towards success, focusing on techniques and principles that are essential for both performance on the olympiads and eventual undergraduate studies. We will learn by doing, as a lesson will primarily consist of solving challenging problems with you on the same online whiteboard. I'll also introduce material and assign personalized reading, which will depend on the time you decide to commit outside of our lessons to studying. We will meet by Google Meets. I am highly flexible and will meet a variety of student needs.

He's my best friend and the smartest person I know. He's a very direct but patient teacher and he will be able to break down the hardest concepts into easy-to-digest chunks.
