About Blake
I am currently a student and have been teaching for about 4 years now. I spend close to 10 hrs a week (most times more) tutoring students and trying to advance their education. It is my goal to teach students more than just how to solve problems and prepare them for the future.

I try to take a very conceptual approach to topics. I don’t believe in simply teaching formulas. I think a student ought to know where the formulas come from and why they work. I try to teach so that students can truly have a foundation in content. Not just memorize information for a test.
