About Phillip
Applied Mathematics PhD graduate with a background in Mechanical Engineering, that has conducted research across the globe in institutions such as Oxford, KAUST, and Yale. I have worked as a tutor for colleges, universities, and individuals.
I have been a tutor for many years, providing help from courses as varied as arithmetic up to differential equations. I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve their mathematics goals if they are willing to work towards them, and seeking help along that journey is sometime vital.

The approach I like to take for tutoring is first to understand where the student thinks they are stuck. It is important that we are both on the same page in terms of the fundamental knowledge that proceeded this point. Once the true issue is uncovered, we can discuss it and then work on many many similar problems until it becomes routine.
