About Peter
I went to a good Grammar school after I passed the eleven plus and as soon as I was able moved into the science stream, studying Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry etc. I got very high GCE grades in those subjects with the Oxford and Cambridge Exam Boards as well as in English Language and Literature.
Later I gained a BA degree from the Open University having studied mainly computer science and mathematics. I was working in the computer business then as a programmer and eventually systems analyst - I worked all over Europe and eventually moved to Australia, still working with computers. I gained my post-graduate diploma in teaching at the University of Technology in Sydney and went on to head up the computer department in Grafton College of further education.

I want to totally understand what your needs and problems are; I'll get the same book as you are working from if I can, so that I can see where you have been and where you have had difficulties. I'll try by example and by talking to you to help you to find within yourself the way to attack problems that may at first seem too difficult for you.When you start to see through the mists of difficulty you will be proud of yourself, and you will start to see you own powers of comprehension.
