About Mandeep Singh

I'm Mandeep, an Auckland-based tutor with an MBA and a Master's and Bachelor's in Computer Science. Before tutoring I spent 15+ years as a software engineer and ran my own development studio with a team of seven, building real production systems — so I teach from real-world experience, not just textbooks. What students tell me they value most is patience: I break hard ideas into simple, logical steps and stay calm until it genuinely clicks. I work with NCEA, Cambridge and University Entrance students in Maths and Physics, and with teens and adults who want to learn coding and web development from scratch. First lesson is free so we can make sure I'm the right fit for you.

About the lesson

Maths tuition for NCEA Levels 1–3, Cambridge and University Entrance, plus adult numeracy and foundation maths. We focus on the topics that actually move your grade — algebra, calculus, trigonometry, statistics — and on exam technique: how to read the question, show working that earns marks, and manage time under pressure.
Lessons are tailored to your current level and your assessment dates. I assign light, targeted practice between sessions and track your progress so you can see yourself improving. Online or in person around Auckland.

Perfect! Its a blessing to have him as a teacher. He is not only a subject matter expert, he understnds the student needs and the NCEA requirements very well. He bridges the gap and breakes down the concept very well. He does make Math interesting and help critical thinking so it can applied in real life. Highly recommend
