About Michel
I started giving private lessons about 6-7 years ago, and since then I have had the opportunity to follow a dozen boys and girls and for prolonged periods and for occasional aid, and also thanks to their efforts all of them achieved their goals. Someone has improved his/her marks and could avoid exams in September, someone else decided to continue with the help provided despite a good average mark, in order to fully understand the matter, and others have been able to heal the debt due to summer tuition .

I am a former high school science graduated student who got later a master degree in philosophy, never loosing passion for mathematics: for years I have helped children and young people in my area, aged between 12 and 18 years, to improve they understanding and in some cases even to restore the summer debt. Usually the lesson is individual, takes about an hour or hour and a half and try to navigate through the difficulties of the boy / girl, using the working methods provided by his/her teacher, in order to avoid notions that would not be useful for understanding of the topics and ones which can create confusion. My method is not based on the execution of mechanical exercises, but tries to stimulate the student to think about what he/she is doing and apply the theoretical foundations on which the mathematics of the middle schools and high schools is based.
