About Matt
Hi there! I’m Matt, and I'm a mechanical engineer with 10+ years of tutoring experience. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked closely with elementary, middle, and high school students helping to guide them towards success in a wide array of STEM subjects. I have expertise in tutoring math and science and I have mentored students in coding and robotics projects. I work with students at all stages, focusing on their strong understanding of the topics. I take an engaging approach to teaching, bringing in relevant examples and ensuring the way I’m introducing topics aligns with the way you’re implementing them in class. At the core of my tutoring philosophy, I believe in bringing the material to life and ensuring topics make practical sense to each and every one of my learners.
