My structures for the lessons will consist of covering the theory first and solidifying a good understanding of the topic. Then I find lots of practice is the most effective way of perfecting the topic. So I like to mainly base my lessons around working through problems with the student. It is important when encouraging learning not to dwell on mistakes made, as making mistakes in answering questions enables a learning process of correcting mistakes, which is a very effective way of understanding the topic. Progress can be measured by the students increasing their ability to independently answer the questions surrounding the topic.
