About Akbar
I'm currently a Medicine student at King's College London, having achieved 12 grade 9s at GCSE and AAA at A-Level in Maths and Science. I decided to start tutoring because I genuinely enjoy helping people understand subjects that once felt confusing to me too, not so long ago. I remember exactly what it's like sitting GCSEs, so I try to make lessons feel more like a conversation than a lecture. I want to teach because I believe the right explanation, delivered patiently and without judgement, can completely change how a student feels about a subject. Outside of tutoring, I'm balancing my medical studies, which keeps me sharp, organised, and genuinely passionate about sharing knowledge in a way that sticks.
