About Alex
I have been teaching for 2 years and I have led programs with classes of up to 20 students. With students I have taught achieving up to level 9 in Maths and Physics. I achieved an A* in both Maths and Physics A-Level in 2018 and know what is required to achieve top grades in science subjects. I have had teacher training programs, learning how to best help students to not just pass a test but enjoy learning and create a habit for problem solving.

When I teach I give a brief explanations of the main concept and the motivation behind it; so where it all fits into the course and in potential careers. So this is to give you some context and help you want to learn to actually apply it later in life.
I then go through a few example questions in an order of increasing difficulty, to show examples of how you might come across these problems.
Then I give some questions to the students to try in order to check student's knowledge. I encourage doing lots of practice questions and talking through the steps of how to approach different types of questions.
