About Kangan
Hi! I’m currently studying Software Engineering at Monash University and have always enjoyed breaking down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand concepts. I’m naturally patient, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping others learn and grow. I believe the best learning happens when students feel comfortable asking questions and aren’t afraid to make mistakes. My aim is to create a positive, supportive environment where students not only improve their grades but also gain confidence and become more independent learners.

Every student learns differently, so I personalize each lesson to match their learning style, pace, and goals. I believe learning should be engaging, not overwhelming.
To make concepts easier to understand, I explain them using analogies based on each student’s interests—whether that’s sports, gaming, music, or movies. I also create simple memory tricks and shortcuts to help students retain concepts and recall them with confidence.
Rather than focusing on memorization, I encourage students to understand the “why” behind every concept through interactive lessons, step-by-step explanations, and plenty of guided practice.
I offer tutoring in Mathematics and Science for Years 5–10.
I primarily teach online, as it’s flexible and convenient for both students and families while still providing an interactive and highly effective learning experience through digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
My goal is to help students build confidence, enjoy learning, and achieve lasting academic success.
