About Komal

I am Komal Minhas, a trained yoga instructor and a postgraduate in Yoga. I have done my training which is approved by International Yoga Alliance. I look forward to help the women regain their strength, remove stiffness in the body and relieve them from the lifestyle disorders Timings. Timings are flexible according to the need of the customer.

About the lesson

My classes would be more focused on your body’s strength, flexibility and relieve back pain and other lifestyle disorders if any I also help clients manage: Back & spinal issues High/low BP Stress & sleep imbalance Lifestyle disorders Stiffness & low energy The classes will be for homemakers and women desk job professionals
