Oxford-educated qualified teacher at one of the UK's best schools. First class Civil Engineering graduate from UCL.

Yasemin tutored two of my children 2019-2020 in preparation for their exams. My 15 year old daughter was preparing for GCSE maths and my 13 year old son, for London Day School 13+ entry maths and science.

Yasemin was incredibly professional in her approach, came promptly for all sessions and was always well prepared for the session. Most importantly, both of my children warmed to her immediately, enjoyed her tutoring sessions and because they could really grasp the nitty gritty of maths and science with her help, really enjoyed and looked forward to her coming.

As it transpired, my son passed all 3 entrance examinations for the Day Schools that he applied for and for the Dulwich College examination, he performed particularly well in maths. My daughter, who had considered maths her 'weak subject', achieved an 8/9 in her mocks which was a real improvement from her 'Pre-Yasemin' predictions and attained 9 in her actual exam.

I have enrolled the help of tutors on and off over the years (I have a 'random' 18 year old son as well!) and I have to say that compared to the qualified teachers that I have encountered in the past, Yasemin is head and shoulders above them in her professional approach, relate-ability to children and incredibly organised, intelligent and scientific brain. I have absolutely no hesitation at all in highly recommending her to tutor children up to A level standard in Maths, Science and general advice on self-directed learning. Yasemin is a credit to herself and I am sure she will be successful in her own academic pursuits

Yours faithfully

Yasemin is very organised, always coming to sessions prepared with tailored lesson plans and materials. Yasemin broke down the concepts into a way that was easy for my daughter to understand. Yasemin has been a great help, and I have no problem recommending her.

Yasemin was a weekly maths tutor to my daughter for seven months in the run up to her GCSE, following a recommendation from a friend. Even though the sessions were on Zoom, Yasemin immediately established a great rapport with my daughter and her teaching had a huge impact on her confidence and enjoyment of the subject. She was eventually awarded a 9 in her GCSE, higher than she had been predicted. Yasemin was incredibly professional, reliable and personable throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend her.
