About Armin

Hi, I'm Armin! I'm a master's student in Computing Science with several years of teaching, research, and hands-on project experience in mathematics, programming, and artificial intelligence. I’ve taught learners from diverse backgrounds—ranging from high school students to university peers—and helped them confidently tackle everything from algebra problems to advanced machine learning topics. I design each lesson to be clear, engaging, and tailored to your learning style. Whether you're preparing for exams, building your coding skills, or diving into data science, I’ll support your progress every step of the way. As someone who genuinely enjoys teaching and learning, I bring patience, clarity, and a deep love for problem-solving into every session. If you're looking for someone who can explain complex topics in simple terms, help you stay motivated, and grow your confidence—you're in the right place!

About the lesson

As a tutor, I combine conceptual clarity, interactive problem-solving, and evidence-based learning strategies to help students not just understand material, but retain and apply it in real-world scenarios.

Teaching Methodology
My approach draws from cognitive load theory, spaced repetition, and the testing effect to optimize long-term learning:

I reduce cognitive overload by chunking complex topics into digestible pieces and sequencing them carefully.

I build retrieval-based learning into every session, encouraging students to recall and apply concepts regularly, which strengthens memory and understanding.

I space learning tasks over time and use variation in exercises to promote deep retention.

Each session is interactive: I use live coding, whiteboarding, or visual simulations to make abstract ideas tangible.

Whether it's Python, probability, machine learning, or reinforcement learning, I tailor the tools to fit the content—e.g., Jupyter notebooks for ML, diagrams for math, or games for RL.

A Typical Lesson Plan

* Quick review and recall-based warm-up (10 mins) to reinforce previous lessons

* Mini-lecture (15–20 mins) to break down the new concept, focusing on core ideas and intuition

* Guided problem-solving (20–30 mins), where we work through progressively harder examples

* Application segment (optional): small project snippet, real dataset, or paper snippet if applicable

* Wrap-up with takeaways, a personalized practice plan, and spaced-recall tips

What Sets Me Apart

* Experience designing e-learning content and simulations for advanced CS and math topics

* Research background in deep reinforcement learning, computer vision, and machine learning and stats

* Multi-language fluency (English, French, Persian) and ability to adapt explanations to the student’s cognitive and cultural context

I bring academic rigor while keeping sessions engaging, motivational, and student-centered

Who These Lessons Are For

* High school and undergraduate students seeking strong foundations in math, coding, or AI

* Graduate students or professionals transitioning into machine learning

* Self-learners preparing for ML interviews, projects, or research

* Anyone interested in understanding how modern AI and data science work under the hood

Let’s unlock your full potential.
